Benard Ssaabwe is our Operations Manager. Benard coordinates and oversees Zofi Cash's daily operations that include but are not limited to formulating strategy, improving performance, and securing compliance. Benard continues to mentor our team members which have greatly improved the quality of customer services on top of implementing best practices across all levels.
